Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- Early Bird Deadline:
- On or before 15 March 2027 100% Refund
- Final Registration Deadline:
- 16 March – 15 April 2027 50% Refund
- After Registrations Close:
- After 15 April 2027 No Refund
No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Additional Information
Authors of accepted papers must register by 15 March 2027 to be included in the programme.
Student registrations may require valid proof of student status.
